Other Rules**RULES GOVERNING THE USE OF THE COURTYARD:**

1. Clients are asked to refrain from loitering beyond the courtyard and car park area.

2. Punching of holes or nails in the walls is strictly prohibited.

3. To facilitate the use of this area by other clients, all personal items are to be removed immediately following the completion of your events. Failure to comply will result in an appropriate percentage being deducted from your security deposit.

4. We ask that all damages be reported to the Facilities Department.

5. Clients are asked to comply with instructions given by Security and other school officials.

6. Please be reminded that this compound is “SMOKE FREE.”

7. The sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

8. Clients are liable for any damaged property.

9. The use of open flames and cooking are strictly prohibited in the courtyard.

10. Clients are asked to obtain and submit a copy of their public liability insurance & EMA before their event.

11. The use of open flames is strictly prohibited unless pre-arranged with the Facilities Department.

12. Poster banners and other forms of advertisement are only allowed in areas designated by the Facilities Department.
