3. Booking and Payment
- 3.1 Booking Requirements All bookings must be made in advance through our official channels. Confirmation of booking is subject to availability and receipt of required payments.
- 3.2 Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via [list payment methods]. All payments must be made in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD).
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 4.1 Cancellation by User Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund.
- 4.2 Cancellation by Trincity College Limited In the unlikely event that Trincity College Limited needs to cancel a booking, a full refund will be provided, or alternative arrangements will be offered.
5. Liability and Indemnity
- 5.1 Limitation of Liability Trincity College Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our facilities and services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service.
- 5.2 Indemnification Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trincity College Limited, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of their use of our facilities and services.
6. Privacy Policy
- 6.1 Data Collection We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago and international data protection standards.
